Privacy policy
How Sun in Box handles requests, donor contacts and data related to project support.
Purpose
The data is used to respond to requests, prepare document packs, process support payments, keep communication history and record consent.
Data sharing
After credentials are connected, requests may be delivered to Bitrix24 and amoCRM. Before external keys are configured, the dev environment stores records locally as JSONL.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods, responsible operator and official deletion process must be approved with legal details before publication.
